A Company To Avoid - Dollar/Thrifty Car Rental
I’ve rented cars from Dollar/Thrifty many times in the past, but recently, when renting a car from the Dollar/Thrifty at Little Rock Arkansas airport, I had the worst experience of my life. I left a GPS in the car, and even after calling back immediately, they refused to help me in any way. I have spoken to 2 managers, Tom and Mario, who both lied to my face about trying to find it and that they would call me back - even after I’ve called them a dozen times. I’ve been shoved aside as unimportant. I will never do business with this company again. I have filed a claim with their HQ office, which has resulted again in being ignored. I called the HQ office and found out that this location is a franchise and Dollar HQ has no idea who owns it and says that they “have nothing to do with this location or any other franchise, and that the way they run their business is their own problem.” Please avoid Dollar/Thrifty.
